• Du verantwortest den Prozess auf Recruitingseite, führst eigenständig telefonische/virtuelle Interviews und auch Verhandlungen mit Freelancer:innen durch
• Du darfst gerne deine Eigeninitiative mit einbringen und neue Wege zum Erfolg ausprobieren
• Du arbeitest eng mit dem IT-Vertriebsteam zusammen
• Damit du auch nachhaltig erfolgreich bist, baust du dir langfristig ein eigenes Freelancer-Netzwerk auf

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Idealerweise 2 Jahre Erfahrungen im Freelance-Recruiting
• Eine dynamische, kreative und humorvolle Arbeitsweise sowie Teamorientierung
