Im Auftrag unseres Partnerunternehmens in München suchen wir Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als „IT Businessanalyst (m/w/d)“.

Aufgaben

• Als Business Analyst (m/w/d) gestalten Sie die Weiterentwicklung digitaler Anwendungen und Geschäftsprozesse aktiv mit
• Sie analysieren fachliche Anforderungen, identifizieren Optimierungspotenziale und entwickeln nachhaltige Lösungsansätze
• Dabei begleiten Sie die Einführung neuer Funktionen und unterstützen die kontinuierliche Verbesserung bestehender Systeme und Prozesse
• In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen und IT fördern Sie eine erfolgreiche und effiziente Umsetzung von Vorhaben
• Darüber hinaus bewerten Sie Veränderungsbedarfe, erstellen Entscheidungsgrundlagen und unterstützen die Weiterentwicklung kundenorientierter Lösungen
• Sie tragen zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Prozess- und Servicequalität bei und unterstützen die Erreichung der definierten Projekt- und Unternehmensziele

Qualifikation

• Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, z. B. eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit IT- oder Prozessmanagementbezug
• Idealerweise bringen Sie Berufserfahrung als Business Analyst mit
• Darüber hinaus verfügen Sie über fundierte SQL-Kenntnisse sowie praktische Erfahrung im CRM-Umfeld
• Zusätzlich zeichnen Sie sich durch eine analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise aus
• Abgerundet wird Ihr Profil durch ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Teamfähigkeit
• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Kenntnisse in MS Office, Atlassian Tools runden Ihr Profil ab
