In diesen innovativen Projekten kommt modernste KI aus unserem Kernprodukt, der „Vertical Search Health“ zum Einsatz. Hierbei werden bedeutende Attribute und Eigenschaften der relevanten Zielgruppe extrahiert, sorgfältig analysiert und nahtlos in bestehende CRM-Daten integriert.

Aufgaben

• Data Preparation: Bereinigung und Optimierung von Stammdaten
• Data Engineering: Extraktion und Analyse von Daten aus verschiedenen Quellen (CSV, XML, SQL)
• Anwendung des KI-Tech-Stacks: Iterative Anwendung von Python, pyTorch und AWS (Sagemaker) aus unserer Kernlösung "Vertical Search Health" sowie Nutzung von LLMs
• Strukturierung von Datensätzen: Überführung in Tabellenstrukturen (SQL/Snowflake)
• Recherche zu Branchen- und Wirtschaftsthemen: Eigenständige Erkundung im Healthcare-Bereich, z.B. dem stationären Sektor
• Data Quality Checks: Durchführung verschiedener Checks (Plausibilität, Integrität, etc.) und Erstellung von finalen Deliverables
• Test und (Weiter-)Entwicklung: Erstellung von Testfällen für Frontend (Angular) und Backend (Python) sowie perspektivische (Weiter-)Entwicklung des Stacks
• Business Analyse: Auswertung und Analyse der extrahierten Daten für fundierte Erkenntnisse

Qualifikation

• hervorragende Python-, SQL- und Excel-Kenntnisse
• gerne Erfahrungen in AWS in Services wie Bedrock, Sagemaker und/oder Lambda
• sehr gute Kenntnisse im KI- bzw. ML-Ops-Bereich, insbesondere Anwendung von Sprachmodellen (LLMs) sowie NLP
• ausgeprägte Affinität zu Daten und Datenstrukturen
• selbstständige Denk- und Arbeitsweise sowie Einbringungen eigener Ideen und Vorschläge
• Erfahrungen in der Verarbeitung von Stammdaten bzw. Customer Master Data
• sehr gute Kenntnisse in IT-Infrastrukturen und Datenbanken, gerne in Snowflake
• Projekterfahrung in Data Science und/oder Data Engineering Projekten mit Endkundenkontakt
• Fließend Deutsch als Sprachkenntnis (C2 oder Muttersprache)
• Bereitschaft regelmäßig persönlich in Essen im Projektteam mitzuarbeiten
• Wünschenswert sind Grundkenntnisse über das deutsche Gesundheitssystem, insbesondere bzgl. der Strukturen von Arztpraxen und anderen Leistungs- und Heilmittelerbringern wie Krankenhäuser, Apotheken, Pflegeeinrichtungen, etc.

Benefits

Die Themen können sowohl remote als auch vor Ort in Essen durchgeführt werden. Für das Setup ist eine mehrtägige Vor-Ort-Anwesenheit in Essen teilweise notwendig. Grundsätzlich können die Arbeiten auch remote durchgeführt werden.
