Deine Rolle

In dieser Position verbindest du operatives HR-Know-how mit systemseitigem Denken und Business Partnering. Du arbeitest eng mit Führungskräften zusammen, unterstützt sie bei operativen HR-Fragen und hilfst dabei, einheitliche Prozesse in unseren MVZs aufzubauen.

Du verantwortest operative und strategische HR-Themen im Tagesgeschäft, betreust unsere HR-Systeme aktiv mit und begleitest unsere MVZs bei administrativen und organisatorischen HR-Themen.

Deine Aufgaben

• Unterstützung im operativen Tagesgeschäft der Personalabteilung
• Ansprechpartner:in für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende bei operativen HR-Fragen
• Onboarding und Betreuung neuer MVZs sowie neuer Mitarbeitender in unsere HR-Systeme
• Verwaltung und Weiterentwicklung unserer HR-Systemlandschaft
• Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Bescheinigungen und Zeugnissen ect.
• Personaladministration vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt
• Pflege und Verwaltung von Personalstammdaten
• Mitarbeit in der vorbereitenden Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung (Payroll)
• Unterstützung und Mitgestaltung von HR-Projekten, z. B. Employer Branding, Digitalisierung und Prozessoptimierung
• Unterstützung bei der Standardisierung und Optimierung von HR-Prozessen innerhalb unserer Unternehmensgruppe

Das bringst du mit

• Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Berufserfahrung im Bereich HR Operations, Personalsachbearbeitung und HR Business Partnering
• Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit HR-Systemen
• Hohe IT-Affinität und Freude an digitalen Prozessen
• Kommunikationsstärke sowie ein aufgeschlossenes und teamorientiertes Wesen
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
• Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Region Mitte/Süddeutschland
