Personalreferent (m/w/d)

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir in Brandenburg an der Havel einen Personalreferenten (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

• Ansprechpartner(in) für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte in allen personalrelevanten Angelegenheiten
• Erstellen von Arbeits- und Aufhebungsverträgen, Zeugnissen, Bescheinigungen, etc.
• Vorbereiten von Stellenausschreibungen
• Bewerbermanagement
• Mitwirkung bei der Bewerberauswahl sowie Führen von Vorstellungsgesprächen
• Organisation der betriebsärztlichen Betreuung
• Pflege des Zeiterfassungssystems und des Recruiting-Moduls
• Führen der Personalakten
• Zuarbeit bei der Vorbereitung der Gehaltsabrechnung
• Ansprechpartner(in) für externe Institutionen und Behörden

Qualifikation

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium (idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Personal) oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss
• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen notwendig
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Personalverwaltungssoftware
• Gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache und im Arbeitsrecht von Vorteil
• Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
• Loyalität, Diskretion und Zuverlässigkeit
