Aufgaben

Ihre Aufgaben

• Gesamtverantwortung für die gruppenweiten kaufmännischen Funktionen Finanzen, Controlling, Einkauf, HR, IT/ERP sowie Compliance & Recht
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung der internationalen kaufmännischen Organisation
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit CEO und COO innerhalb der Geschäftsführung
  • Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Systemen und Arbeitsweisen zur Unterstützung des weiteren Unternehmenswachstums
  • Sicherstellung transparenter Steuerungs- und Reportingstrukturen auf Gruppenebene
  • Verantwortung für Budget-, Forecast- und Jahresabschlussprozesse
  • Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung moderner Controlling- und ERP-Strukturen
  • Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei der Entwicklung belastbarer Businesspläne und Entscheidungsgrundlagen
  • Ansprechpartner für Banken, Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater und Gesellschafter
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung wachsender Compliance-Anforderungen

Qualifikation

Ihr Profil

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften/BWL oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer kaufmännischen Führungsfunktion innerhalb eines industriellen Umfeldes, idealerweise im verfahrenstechnischen Bereich
  • Alternativ hohe Entwicklungsperspektive für den nächsten Karriereschritt in eine CFO-Funktion
  • Erfahrung in mittelständischen Unternehmensstrukturen mit pragmatischer Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Internationale Managementerfahrung sowie ausgeprägte interkulturelle Kompetenz
  • Hohe Kommunikationsstärke und verbindliches Auftreten gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Strukturierte, analytische und unternehmerische Arbeitsweise
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in M&A-Projekten und Transformationsinitiativen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse moderner ERP-Systeme sowie routinierter Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie hohe Kommunikationssicherheit in einem überwiegend englischsprachigen Geschäftsumfeld
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der internationalen Unternehmensgruppe
