Aufgaben

In dieser vielseitigen Generalistenrolle kombinierst Du mehrere Verantwortungsbereiche und erhältst die Möglichkeit, Dich aktiv in unterschiedliche HR-Themen einzubringen und weiterzuentwickeln:

• Business Partner: Du bist vertrauensvolle Ansprechperson für unsere Kolleg:innen in allen HR-Fragen und berätst unsere Führungskräfte souverän zu personalrelevanten sowie arbeitsrechtlichen Themen.
• Recruiting: Du verantwortest den gesamten Bewerbungsprozess – von der Erstellung ansprechender Stellenanzeigen über die Sichtung von Bewerbungen bis hin zur Terminkoordination und Durchführung von Interviews
• Administration: Du hältst unsere HR-Prozesse am Laufen – von der Vorbereitung der Lohnbuchhaltung über die Pflege von Stammdaten bis hin zur Erstellung von Verträgen, Zeugnissen und dem Abwesenheitsmanagement
• Personalentwicklung & Projekte: Du gestaltest unsere Personalarbeit aktiv mit, unterstützt bei Themen der Personalentwicklung und treibst die Optimierung von HR-Prozessen sowie die Umsetzung neuer HR-Initiativen voran.

Qualifikation

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung idealerweise mit Zusatzqualifikation als Personalfachkaufmann/-frau oder ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal
• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position im operativen und strategischen Personalmanagement
• Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität sowie die Fähigkeit, Aufgaben eigenständig zu priorisieren und effizient umzusetzen
• Diskretion, Organisationsstärke und ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit zeichnen Dich aus
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
