HLS-Planer (m/w/d) | Ingenieur der Versorgungstechnik / TGA (Bachelor/Master)

Aufgaben

• HLS-/TGA-Projekte über alle HOAI-Leistungsphasen begleiten
  Du betreust Projekte von LPH 1–8 – von der Grundlagenermittlung bis zur Objektüberwachung und Inbetriebnahme.
• Sanitärplanung mit Schwerpunkt Grundleitungsplanung
  Du planst und dimensionierst Sanitäranlagen – mit besonderem Fokus auf Grundleitungen und der normgerechten Auslegung.
• Konzepte, Berechnungen & technische Nachweise erstellen
  Du erarbeitest Konzepte, Berechnungen und technische Auslegungen nach Normen / Richtlinien – und dokumentierst dabei nachvollziehbar.
• LV, Ausschreibungen & Abstimmungen koordinieren
  Du erstellst Leistungsverzeichnisse, wirkst bei Ausschreibungen mit und stimmst Schnittstellen mit Bauherren, Architektur, Fachplanern und Ausführung ab.
• Planungsunterlagen erstellen & sicher in die Umsetzung bringen
  Du erstellst Grundrisse, Schnitte, Schemata und Detailzeichnungen – inklusive technischer Klärungen, damit die Umsetzung auf der Baustelle sauber funktioniert.

Qualifikation

• **Passender Abschluss (Dipl.-Ing./Bachelor/Master)
  **Du hast ein Studium (Dipl.-Ing., Bachelor oder Master) im Bereich der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung bzw. Versorgungstechnik/SHK oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Fokus Sanitär inkl. Grundleitungsplanung
  Du bringst Erfahrung oder eine klare Stärke in der Sanitärplanung mit – insbesondere bei der Grundleitungsplanung und der normgerechten Auslegung.
• Sicher mit MS Office & vertraut mit Planungstools
  Du arbeitest sicher mit MS Office und kennst Dich idealerweise mit Tools wie CaliforniaX, Trimble Nova oder Dendrit (oder vergleichbar) aus.
• Teamfähig, besonnen, lösungsorientiert
  Du arbeitest organisiert, bleibst auch in stressigen Situationen ruhig und bringst Themen zuverlässig zum Abschluss.
