Als Head of Growth bei haebmau übernimmst du den Lead für New Business Development, Sales und die Entwicklung zukunfts­fähiger Services der Agentur. Gemeinsam mit den Kunden-Units und deinem Growth-Team treibst du das Neugeschäft in unseren Geschäftsfeldern PR, Social Media, Influencer Relations, Events und Consumer Marketing voran – bei Neu- und Bestandskunden. Du identifizierst Trends, optimierst Prozesse und gestaltest unsere Wachstumsstrategie gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsführung.

Was sind deine Aufgaben?

• Strategische Neukunden-Akquise und Ausbau bei Neu- & Bestandskunden in Zusammenarbeit mit den einzelnen Kunden-Units und Fokus auf deren Bedarf
• Steuerung und proaktive Optimierung des agenturinternen Neugeschäftsprozesses sowie aller Abläufe im News Business
• Identifizierung von Branchentrends & Ableitung von Consumer Insights für neue Future Services
• Pflege der Sales-Datenbank, Ausschreibungsrecherche und Vernetzung & Zusammenarbeit mit Pitchberatungen
• Entwicklung & Optimierung von Neugeschäft-Tools und Pitch-Materialien
• Führung, Sparring und Weiterentwicklung des Growth-Teams sowie internes Schnittstellen-Management für Research & Ressourcenplanung

Was wir von dir erwarten

• Abgeschlossenes Studium und mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung im New Business Development und Sales im Agentur- und Beratungsumfeld (PR, Marketing), davon 2–3 Jahre in leitender Position sowie idealerweise Zertifizierungen in Sales, Business Development oder Digital Marketing
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Sales-Strategien (z.B. Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) und CRM-Tools (z.B. HubSpot, Pipedrive) sowie in Trendanalyse und in der Entwicklung neuer Services
• Expertise in Pitch-Prozessen (inkl. Projektmanagement Skills und Stakeholder Management), Neukundengewinnung und Branchenkenntnisse in PR, Social Media & Influencer Marketing
• Unternehmerisches Mindset, Teamplaying und Verkaufstalent mit Netzwerkfähigkeiten sowie hohe Analyse- und Kreativkompetenz
• Leidenschaft für die Kreativ- und Kommunikationsbranche und Erfahrung & Lust auf Teamleitung, -führung und -entwicklung
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft & Flexibilität für Kundentermine, Netzwerk- sowie Branchenevents und Messen
• Repräsentant*in für haebmau mit der Bereitschaft für Thought Leadership Auftritte und Statements
