Um das Wachstum unserer Unternehmensgruppe zu begleiten und weiter zu ermöglichen, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in unserem CFO-Office einen Experten (m/w/d) für den Bereich „Konsolidierung & Konzernrechnungswesen“. Solltest Du darüber hinaus noch steuerliche Kenntnisse mitbringen oder sogar erfolgreich die StB-Prüfung abgelegt haben – umso besser!

Funktion und Verantwortlichkeiten

• Laufende Abstimmung der Intercompany-Sachverhalte
• Konsolidierung der Einzelabschlüsse (AEKo, SchuKo und KapKo)
• Jährliche Erstellung des HGB-konformen Konzernabschlusses
• Leitung der Jahresabschlussprüfung/Hauptansprechpartner für den WP
• Erstellung der pro-forma konsolidierten Konzern-Quartalsabschlüsse
• Projektleitung bei Sonderprojekten als „rechte Hand“ unseres CFO
• Schnittstelle zwischen der FiBu (intern & extern) und dem Controlling
• Gesamtverantwortung für die Einhaltung der handelsrechtlichen Vorgaben und Erfordernisse

Kompetenzen und Erfahrungen

• Erfolgreicher Studienabschluss im Fachbereich Verwaltungs- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften
  (BWL, VWL, Finance, Accounting, usw.)
• Erste Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position in einem Konzern oder als Prüfungsassistent (Schwerpunkt Konsolidierung und Konzernabschlussprüfung) in einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft
• Kenntnisse im Ertragssteuerrecht oder sogar eine erfolgreich abgelegte StB-Prüfung wären ein zusätzliches Plus – dann könnten sich Deine Aufgaben um steuerliche Themen erweitern
• IT-Affinität und Interesse an neuen Apps und Prozessen sowie dem Zukunftsthema „KI“
• Den Hang zur stetigen Optimierung von Tools und Prozessen– für andere oder Dich selbst
• Sicherer Umgang mit allen Anwendungen der MS Office Familie/MS365, insbes. MS Excel
• Strukturierte, analytische und eigenständige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch
