Unter unserem Dach vereinen wir vier Gesellschaften und deren Marken: Die MainTea GmbH mit Besser im Glas (Tee & Gewürze), die POWAFOOD GmbH mit Bubble Pop (Marktführer Bubble Tea) und PRO2BE (gekühlte Proteinprodukte), die Good Coco GmbH mit Honest Coco (Kokosnusswasser) – und eine weitere Marke im Smoothie-Bereich ist bereits in den Startlöchern.

Unsere Marken stehen visuell stark da – und genau das wollen wir halten und weiterentwickeln. Dafür suchen wir eine erfahrene Grafikerin oder einen erfahrenen Grafiker, der mit Leidenschaft für gutes Design und einem echten Gespür für Marken dafür sorgt, dass unsere visuelle Stärke bleibt und wächst.

Aufgaben

• Du verantwortest die visuelle Umsetzung unserer Marken – vom Verpackungsdesign über Social Media Assets bis hin zu Kampagnenmaterialien
• Du arbeitest parallel an mehreren Marken mit unterschiedlichen Zielgruppen, Tonalitäten und Stilwelten und behältst dabei immer den jeweiligen Markenkern im Blick
• Du entwickelst eigenständig Designkonzepte und bringst sie von der Idee bis zur finalen Umsetzung
• Du erstellst druckfertige Dateien mit der nötigen Akribie – Fehler in der Druckvorstufe passieren dir nicht zweimal
• Du bist Ansprechperson für alles Visuelle im Team – intern wie extern
• Wenn wir eine neue Marke launchen, bist du von Anfang an dabei: vom ersten Moodboard bis zum fertigen Markenauftritt baust du das visuelle Konzept mit auf
• Du arbeitest intensiv mit KI-Tools und integrierst sie sinnvoll in deinen kreativen Workflow

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes Studium/Ausbildung im Bereich Design, Kommunikationsdesign oder vergleichbar
• Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung – du kennst den Arbeitsalltag und weißt, wie du Projekte eigenständig strukturierst und priorisierst
• Sehr sicherer Umgang mit der Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) – das ist kein Nice-to-have
• Nachweisliches Portfolio mit verschiedenen Projekten und Stilrichtungen
• Die Fähigkeit, dich in unterschiedliche Markenwelten reinzudenken und deinen eigenen Stil zugunsten des Markenstils zurückzustellen
• Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise – du brauchst keine tägliche Anleitung
