Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben

Du übernimmst Verantwortung für unser visuelles Erscheinungsbild – von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung. Das bedeutet konkret:

• Konzeption und Gestaltung von Print- und Digitalmedien: POS-Werbemittel, B2B-Magazine, Merchandise, Eigenmarken-Artikel, Fassadenwerbung, Social Media, Digital Signage, Landing Pages und mehr
• Erstellung professioneller Druckdaten inkl. Reinzeichnung, Bildbearbeitung und KI-gestützter Bildgenerierung
• Steuerung externer Geschäftspartner (Druckereien, Agenturen) und reibungsloser Roll-out von Print-Kampagnen an unseren Stationen und OOH-Touchpoints
• Entwicklung und Pflege von Präsentationsvorlagen und Geschäftsunterlagen
• Aktive, kreative Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung von Kampagnen und Marketingmaßnahmen – Du bringst eigene Ideen ein und trägst zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung unseres visuellen Auftritts bei

Qualifikation

Was Du mitbringst

Du hast große Freude und Expertise sowohl an der operativen Umsetzung als auch an konzeptioneller Mitarbeit – beides gehört für Dich zusammen. Das bedeutet konkret:

• Mindestens zwei Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Grafikdesign – aus einer Agentur, einem agilen Unternehmen oder als Selbständige:r
• Abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Grafikdesign, Kommunikationsdesign, Mediendesign) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Echte Dual-Kompetenz: Du bewegst Dich sicher in der Print-Welt (Druckdaten, Reinzeichnung, Farbraum) und in der digitalen Umgebung (Web, App, Social, Motion) – und Du machst beides mit Spaß und aus Überzeugung
• Sicheren Umgang mit der Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Lightroom, Premiere
• Wissen in Filmschnitt, Sounddesign oder Color Grading wäre ein Plus
• Neugier für neue Tools, KI-gestützte Workflows und aktuelle Designtrends
• Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und einen professionellen Anspruch an Dich selbst
• Führerschein Klasse B und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2)
