Die Splone UG ist eine Tochtergesellschaft der Assecor GmbH und spezialisiert auf Datenschutz und Informationssicherheit im IT‑Umfeld. Als externer Datenschutzbeauftragter (DSB) übernimmst du bei Splone die fachliche Verantwortung für den Datenschutz in unseren Kundenprojekten. Du berätst Kunden und Projektteams zu datenschutzrechtlichen Fragestellungen und stellst sicher, dass unsere Leistungen den gesetzlichen Anforderungen – insbesondere der DSGVO und dem BDSG – entsprechen.

Aufgaben

• Du berätst unsere Kunden sowie interne Projektteams in allen datenschutzrechtlichen Fragestellungen und fungierst als zentraler Ansprechpartner für den Datenschutz.

• Du prüfst und begleitest die datenschutzkonforme Umsetzung von Softwarelösungen und IT‑Projekten (Privacy by Design & by Default).

• Du erstellst, pflegst und aktualisierst datenschutzrelevante Dokumentationen, z. B.

  • Verzeichnisse von Verarbeitungstätigkeiten
  • Datenschutz‑Folgenabschätzungen
  • Verträge zur Auftragsverarbeitung

• Du führst Schulungen und Sensibilisierungsmaßnahmen für Mitarbeitende und Projektbeteiligte durch.

• Du wirkst aktiv bei der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsstandards mit und identifizierst Optimierungs‑ und Verbesserungspotenziale.

• Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung und Begleitung interner sowie externer Audits.

Qualifikation

• Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Recht, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Schwerpunkt Datenschutz.
• Eine Zertifizierung als Datenschutzbeauftragter (z. B. nach § 5 BDSG oder vergleichbar) oder die Bereitschaft, diese zeitnah zu erwerben.
• Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung als interner oder externer Datenschutzbeauftragter, idealerweise im IT‑ oder Projektumfeld.
• Sehr gutes Verständnis der DSGVO, des BDSG sowie relevanter nationaler und internationaler Standards.
• Eine klare, sichere und lösungsorientierte Kommunikation – auch bei komplexen Sachverhalten.
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.

Womit du zusätzlich punktest

• Erfahrung im Bereich ISO 27001 und Informationssicherheitsmanagement.
• Kenntnisse im Umfeld von ISB (Informationssicherheits‑Bewertung) oder vergleichbaren Sicherheitsframeworks.
• Praktische Erfahrung in der Entwicklung oder im Betrieb von IT‑Systemen.
• Vertrautheit mit agilen Arbeitsmethoden und modernen Projektmanagement‑Ansätzen.
