Entwicklungsingenieur (m/w/d) Cabin Interior & Nachweisführung)

Für ein Kundenunternehmen suchen wir im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung eine_n Design-Ingenieur (m/w/d) Entwicklung & Modifikation.

Die Position ist auf anspruchsvolle Entwicklungs- und Nachweisthemen ausgerichtet. Sie verbindet Konstruktion, Berechnung, Dokumentation und Abstimmung im technisch regulierten Umfeld.

Aufgaben

• Modifikation und statische Auslegung von Kabinen- und Innenausstattungen für Special-Mission-Anwendungen
• Berechnung und Nachweisführung für Interior-Bauteile und deren Befestigung an Primär- und Sekundärstrukturen
• FEM-Analysen an metallischen und Sandwich-Bauteilen, beispielsweise mit ANSYS
• 3D-CAD-Konstruktion, bevorzugt mit SolidWorks, sowie Pflege von Daten im PLM-System
• Erstellung technischer Nachweise gemäß EASA Part 21J und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen und On-Site-Support

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Luft- und Raumfahrt, Flugzeugbau, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Spezifikation, Entwicklung und Modifikation von Flugzeugstrukturen oder ähnlichen technischen Bauteilen
• Kenntnisse in Technischer Mechanik, 3D-Konstruktion, FEM-Modellierung und idealerweise PLM-Tools wie Windchill
• Idealerweise erste Berührung mit CFD- oder Schwingungsanalysen
• Gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, Teamfähigkeit und eine präzise technische Ausdrucksweise

Rahmenbedingungen: 37,5 Stunden/Woche, Gleitzeit / Frühschicht, Einsatz im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung. Für den Einsatzstart sind Sicherheitsschuhe der Klasse S2 erforderlich. Die Rolle passt gut zu Ingenieur:innen, die technische Nachweise nicht als Pflicht, sondern als Kern sauberer Entwicklungsarbeit verstehen.
