Deine Aufgaben

• Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung und Pflege von Personalakten und HR-Dokumenten
• Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von On- und Offboarding-Prozessen
• Pflege und Aktualisierung von HR-Daten in unserem System
• Mitwirkung an HR-Projekten und Sonderaufgaben, z.B. im Bereich Employer Branding, Mitarbeiterbindung und Personalentwicklung
• Unterstützung im Bewerbermanagement: Schaltung von Stellenanzeigen auf Online- Jobportalen, Sichtung und Vorselektion von Bewerbungsunterlagen, Kommunikation mit Bewerber*innen

Stellenanforderungen

Über Dich

• Du bist eingeschriebene*r Student*in in einem relevanten Studiengang (z.B. Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Psychologie, Sozialwissenschaften) oder Teilnehmer*in eines dualen Studienprogramms
• Du hast ein großes Interesse an und erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Human Ressource Management/ Personal
• Dich zeichnen eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und ein sicheres Auftreten aus
• Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und selbstständig
• Du zeigst ein hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit und Empathie
• Du bist mit der Nutzung von Tools (z.B. MS- Office, Google-Workspace, idealerweise HR-Softwares, u.a.) vertraut
• Du verständigst Dich sehr gut auf Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
• Du hast bestenfalls eine besondere E-Commerce-Affinität und Begeisterung für das Thema Interieur/Design
