Aufgaben

• Du entwickelst unsere Shopify-Onlineshops systematisch weiter – mit Fokus auf Performance, Conversion und Nutzererlebnis.
• Du baust unsere SEO-Strategie strukturiert aus: Content-Architektur, technische Grundlagen, organisches Wachstum.
• Du planst und optimierst Performance-Marketing-Kampagnen auf Meta und Google Ads – kreativ, markenbezogen und mit klarem Fokus auf ROAS und Skalierbarkeit.
• Du planst und optimierst E-Mail-Marketing in Klaviyo – segmentiert, messbar und mit echtem Mehrwert für unsere Kunden.
• Du steuerst kanalübergreifende Online-Marketing-Maßnahmen datenbasiert und gleichzeitig kreativ und behältst Budgets und KPIs im Blick.
• Du arbeitest eng mit Marketing, Design und Produktentwicklung zusammen, um Wachstum ganzheitlich zu denken.

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung im E-Commerce mit Shopify, Meta Ads und Google Ads
• Sicherer Umgang mit Klaviyo, SEO-Themen und Online-Marketing-Kanälen, ggf. auch mit Amazon Seller Central,
• Ein Gespür für Markenaufbau, Storytelling und Kundenerlebnisse sowie einer hoher Qualitätsanspruch an die eigene Arbeit
• Analytisches Denken, Hands-on-Mentalität und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen einfach zu machen
• Begeisterung für nachhaltiges Wachstum und den Wunsch, etwas mit Bedeutung aufzubauen
