Werde Teil unserer Mission als Dozent für Anwendungsentwicklung (m/w/d) in Vollzeit und begleite unsere Umschüler:innen im Bereich Fachinformatik – wahlweise in Festanstellung oder auf freiberuflicher Basis.

Aufgaben

• Fachliche Themen: Du unterrichtest Grundlagen der Programmierung (Java), Fachunterricht in Java, PHP und Python sowie zentrale Inhalte wie objektorientierte und prozedurale Programmierung, UML, Algorithmen und Datenstrukturen.
• Datenbanken: Du vermittelst Kenntnisse in SQL und grundlegenden Datenbankstrukturen.
• Programmiersprachen & Tools: Du arbeitest mit Java und/oder C#, PHP und Python sowie Entwicklungsumgebungen wie NetBeans oder Eclipse.
• Lerninhalte gestalten: Du entwickelst und setzt Lerninhalte methodisch-didaktisch um, einschließlich praktischer Übungen und Lernerfolgskontrollen.
• Prüfungsvorbereitung: Du bereitest die Teilnehmenden gezielt auf die IHK-Prüfung im Bereich Anwendungsentwicklung vor und bewertest ihren Lernerfolg.
• Teamarbeit: Du nimmst aktiv an Dozentenmeetings teil, um den Austausch und die Weiterentwicklung zu fördern.

Qualifikation

• Pädagogische Erfahrung: Du bringst bereits Erfahrung als Dozent*in oder in einer ähnlichen pädagogischen Rolle in der Erwachsenenbildung mit.
• Soziale Kompetenz: Deine starke soziale Kompetenz und dein Engagement in der Wissensvermittlung und im Umgang mit Teilnehmenden sind deine Stärken.
• Fachliche Qualifikation: Du hast ein Studium in Informatik oder eine technische Ausbildung in relevanten Berufsfeldern abgeschlossen.
• Ausbildereignung: Du verfügst über eine Ausbildereignung nach AEVO oder hast Interesse, diese zu erwerben.
• IT-Praxis: Du hast praktische Erfahrung im IT-Bereich, idealerweise mit Projektverantwortung.
