Aufgaben

• Sie übernehmen die Führung eines engagierten HR-Teams mit allen relevanten Kompetenzzentren, HR-Operations-Teams und HR Business Partnern
• Sie steuern und leiten strategische und operative Projekte (global und lokal initiiert) in den Bereichen Vergütung, Sozialleistungen, Nachfolgeplanung, Organisationsgestaltung und -entwicklung, Change-Management, Aus- und Weiterbildung, Recruiting, Leistungsmanagement, Mitarbeiterbeurteilung, Arbeitsbeziehungen, Gehaltsabrechnung, Verwaltung, interne Kommunikation und HR-Informationssysteme
• Sie arbeiten eng mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zusammen, sowohl mit der Konzernzentrale als auch mit dem lokalen Management und den entsprechenden Mitarbeitern
• Sie fördern die Produktivität und Effizienz des Unternehmens und verbessern die Mitarbeiterbindung für profitables Wachstum - durch echtes HR Business Partnering
• Sie schaffen faire und gerechte Beziehungen im Unternehmen und Gremien, gewährleisten die offene Kommunikation und gestalten Partnerschaften effektiv
• Die Förderung eines reibungslos funktionierenden, effizienten und kundenorientierten HR-Teams liegt Ihnen am Herzen: durch operative Integration, Antizipation von Problemen, zeitnahe und effektive Lösung von Problemen sowie die Etablierung und Pflege kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsprogramme schaffen Sie Mehrwerte
• Sie gestalten die Definition und Verwaltung des HR-Budgets sowie weiterer finanzieller und leistungsbezogener Kennzahlen. Sie verfolgen und implementieren neue HR-KPIs und deren Überwachung, insbesondere im Bereich Personalanalytik
• Sie analysieren die aktuellen HR-Systeme, Anbieter, Verträge und erarbeiten Verbesserungsvorschläge zur Verbesserung der Performance

Qualifikation

• Sie haben einen Hochschulabschluss im Bereich Wirtschaft, Business und / oder Personalwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Sie bringen mehr als 10 Jahre Erfahrung in leitenden Positionen in HR mit ausgeprägtem Unternehmergeist mit
• Sie haben nachweislich Expertise in den meisten Bereichen des Personalmanagements (interne Kommunikation, Talentakquise, Employer Branding, Talentmanagement/Performance, Vergütung und Sozialleistungen, Personal- und Nachfolgeplanung, Organisationsentwicklung, Betriebsratsarbeit usw.)
• Sie greifen auf Erfahrungen in M&A-Projekten (Post-Merger/ Akquistion-Prozesse) zurück
• Sie zeichnen sich durch die Fähigkeit aus, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu planen, zu koordinieren und durchzuführen - und das auch in der Digitalisierung/Automatisierung von HR-Prozessen.
• Sie haben zuletzt im internationalen Umfeld z.B in einer Matrix gearbeitet
• Sie lieben es in einem "Can-Do-Unternehmen" zu arbeiten und gestalten Beziehungen über aktive und integre Kommunikation und Umgangsweise
• Sie sprechen verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
