Wir sind kein normales Fitnessstudio. Seit 17 Jahren ist das KOI Gym in Frankfurt-Seckbach eine feste Institution im Muay Thai – offizieller Leistungsstützpunkt, Gründungsmitglied im Hessen-Verband und Anlaufstelle für Profis und Amateure aus einem Umkreis von 300 km.

Im Marketing gehen wir radikale Wege: In den letzten Monaten haben wir eine massive Digital-Offensive mit über 30.000 Posts und über 1,5 Millionen Sichtkontakten gestartet. Jetzt wollen wir den nächsten Schritt gehen und die echte, rohe Energie aus unserem Gym auf die Screens bringen. Aufgaben

• Content-Produktion im Gym: Du begleitest Trainingseinheiten, Events und unsere legendären Sparringstreffen mit über 100 Teilnehmern vor Ort in Frankfurt.
• Short-Form-Spezialist: Du produzierst packenden Content für Instagram Reels, TikTok und YouTube Shorts.
• Schnelle Post-Production: Du schießt das Rohmaterial (Smartphone oder leichtes Kamera-Setup) und schneidest es direkt einsatzbereit (CapCut, Premiere etc.) inklusive trendiger Audio-Tracks.
• Enger Austausch: Du arbeitest direkt mit der Geschäftsführung zusammen, um unsere digitale Omnipräsenz weiter auszubauen.

Qualifikation

Masse & Klasse: Du verstehst, dass Social Media von hoher Frequenz und Schnelligkeit lebt. Du lieferst verlässlich und am laufenden Band.Auge fürs Detail: Du fängst den echten Vibe ein – Schweiß, harte Sparringstreffen, Emotionen, Disziplin und Respekt.Technik-Pro: Du weißt, wie man mit dem Smartphone oder einer leichten Kamera das Maximum an Dynamik herausholt.Kampfsport-Affinität: Du hast kein Problem mit einer lauten, energetischen Gym-Atmosphäre und weißt, wie man Kampfsport stark in Szene setzt.Wichtig: Wir suchen keine Agentur oder Dienstleister, die wochenlang an einem einzigen Imagefilm basteln, sondern Macher, die Gas geben
