Wir suchen dich:

Als Consultant IT - Governance, Risk & Compliance Technology (w/m/d) unterstützt du Kunden im Finanzsegment bei der Übersetzung von regulatorischen Anforderungen in tragfähige Governance-Strukturen. Dabei übernimmst du Verantwortung für eigene Themenbereiche und begleitest Projekte von der Analyse bis zur Umsetzung.

Aufgaben

• Du setzt dich kontinuierlich mit aktuellen nationalen und internationalen regulatorischen Anforderungen der Finanzbranche auseinander, insbesondere mit Vorgaben der BaFin und der Europäischen Union (EZB, ESAs, ...).
• Du berätst Kunden im Financial-Services-Umfeld zu IT Compliance, Risiko-, Kontroll- und IT-Governance-Themen und unterstützt sie bei der Umsetzung regulatorischer Anforderungen.
• Du führst Gap-Analysen von regulatorischen Anforderungen gegenüber bestehenden Betriebsprozessen durch, leitest daraus konkrete Maßnahmen ab und begleitest die Implementierung regulatorischer Anforderungen – von der fachlichen Einordnung bis zur Umsetzung.
• Du unterstützt Kunden bei Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung robuster Governance-Strukturen und orientierst dich dabei an relevanten Frameworks wie COBIT, ITIL oder vergleichbaren Frameworks und Marktstandards.
• Du unterstützt bei Business Development Themen, z. B. bei der Vorbereitung von Angeboten oder der Weiterentwicklung von Kundenbeziehungen.
• Du setzt dich mit dem Einsatz von KI-Anwendungen in Governance-, Risk- und Compliance-Themen auseinander und entwickelst Ansätze, wie diese sinnvoll und effizient in Beratungsprojekten genutzt werden können.

Qualifikation

• Du hast dein Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Wirtschafts-, oder Rechts-wissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
• Du bringst mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung innerhalb der Prüfung, Beratung oder dem Betrieb von Prozessen im IT/IKT Bereich von Finanzinstituten mit und hast bereits erste Erfahrung in den Themen IT Governance, IT-Risken und Kontrollen, IT Compliance, sowie der Durchführung von regulatorisch-getriebenen Transformationsprojekten.
• Du verfügst über ein gutes Verständnis regulatorischer Anforderungen in der Finanzbranche und kannst komplexe fachliche Inhalte sicher einordnen sowie klar, professionell und verständlich kommunizieren.
• Du kennst relevante Standards und Frameworks im Governance-, Risk- und Compliance-Umfeld, z. B. COBIT, ITIL oder vergleichbare Ansätze.
• Souveränes und selbstsicheres Auftreten zeichnen dich ebenso aus wie deine exzellenten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
• Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse. Weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind ein Plus!
