Ab sofort / zum 1. Oktober 2026 suchen wir: Business Development & Marketing Manager (m/w/d) – Duales Studium MA Digital Transformation Management | 32 Stunden/Woche

Aufgaben

Deine Rolle:

Du studierst im Master und hilfst uns, 11+ als Fußballmarketing-Agentur weiterzuentwickeln: Du arbeitest an Marke, Positionierung und smarteren Prozessen und bringst neue Ideen sowie KI direkt in unseren Agenturalltag.

Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

• Du unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Positionierung als Fußballmarketing-Agentur (Website, Social, Cases, Präsentationen).
• Du hilfst, interne Prozesse und Strukturen zu ordnen, aufzusetzen und zu dokumentieren (Workflows, Templates, Playbooks).
• Du bereitest Vertriebsaktivitäten vor (Research, Listen, Unterlagen, Präsentationen) und unterstützt im Neugeschäft.
• Du testest und implementierst Tools und KI-Anwendungen, die unseren Alltag smarter machen.
• Du arbeitest punktuell im Partner- & Projektmanagement mit, um das Kerngeschäft von innen kennenzulernen.

Qualifikation

Das bringst du mit:

• Du hast bereits ein Bachelorstudium abgeschlossen.
• Du hast idealerweise erste Praxis aus Praktika oder Werkstudentenjobs im Sport-, Marketing- oder Agenturumfeld.
• Du arbeitest strukturiert, bist neugierig und hast Spaß daran, Dinge zu verbessern.
• Du fühlst dich im Digitalen wohl und probierst gern neue Tools im Bereich KI aus.
• Du hast ein großes Interesse am Fußballbusiness und an Innovation.
• Du hast Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und dich Schritt für Schritt in Richtung Business Development / Marketing zu entwickeln.
