Wir sind ein freier Träger der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe und suchen ab sofort eine kaufmännische Fachkraft (m/w/d) in (Vollzeit 40/W) idealweise mit Erfahrung in der Personalverwaltung .

Nova begleitet und betreut Kinder, Jugendliche und Familien mit besonderen Bedürfnissen, in flexiblen ambulanten und stationären individualpädagogischen Projekten. Im Zentrum unserer Arbeit steht die Entwicklung und Durchführung passgenauer Hilfen.

Aufgaben

• Führen von Arbeitszeitkonten und der Fehlzeiten
• vorbereitende Lohnbuchhaltung
• Optimierung der Verwaltungsprozessen
• allgemeiner Schriftverkehr
• Bewerbungsmanagement
• Personalverwaltung
• Urlaubsplanung
• Einsatzkoordinierung
• Vorstellungsgespräche

Qualifikation

• kaufmännische Ausbildung oder fundierte Berufserfahrung
• Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Zuverlässigkeit
• Erste Erfahrungen in der Personalverwaltung sind vom Vorteil
