Aufgaben

• Selbstständige Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung in DATEV inkl. Rechnungserstellung, -versand und Verbuchung von Eingangsrechnungen in Abstimmung mit den Fachabteilungen
• Vorbereitung und Durchführung des Zahlungsverkehrs im Vier-Augen-Prinzip sowie Überwachung offener Posten und Mahnwesen
• Bilanziell korrekte Erfassung von Lager-, Halbfertig- und Fertigbeständen
• Mitwirkung beim Quartalsreporting sowie Zulieferung von Unterlagen für Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführung und externem Steuerberater

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. Steuerfachangestellte/r (m/w/d),
  Industriekaufmann/-frau (m/w/d)) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung – idealerweise im mittelständischen Umfeld
• Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV sowie MS OfficeStrukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
• Diskretion und Sorgfalt im Umgang mit sensiblen Daten
• Teilzeit mit 18-25 Wochenstunden
