Wir suchen keinen klassischen Marketing Manager, der Aufgaben verwaltet.

Wir suchen einen Marketing Lead, der Verantwortung übernimmt, Kampagnen von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung steuert, das Team führt und den Überblick behält, wenn viele Dinge gleichzeitig passieren.

Jemanden, der Marketing nicht nur organisiert, sondern wirklich vorantreibt.

Aufgaben

• Führung und Steuerung des gesamten Marketing-Kalenders
• Planung und Umsetzung von Drops & Kampagnen
• Entwicklung von Kampagnen-Messaging & Storylines
• Koordination von Paid, CRM, Influencer & Content
• Erhöhung der Creative-Schlagzahl — Sicherstellung von 40+ Paid-ready Assets pro Monat
• Führung und Steuerung des Marketing-Teams (Content, Creator etc.)
• Priorisierung und Durchsetzung von Deadlines
• KPI-Überwachung & Reporting an den Founder
• Aufbau klarer Prozesse und Workflows

Du übernimmst Ownership für Marketing-Execution.

Qualifikation

• 2–5 Jahre Erfahrung im Fashion- oder DTC-Marketing
• Erfahrung mit Drop-Kampagnen & Creator-Aktivierungen — nicht optional
• Gutes Verständnis für Performance & Retention
• Erfahrung in der Führung oder Steuerung von Teams
• Strukturierte, priorisierungsstarke Arbeitsweise
• Durchsetzungsfähigkeit & Ownership-Mindset
• Erfahrung in schnell wachsenden Marken
