Zur Verstärkung des Finance-Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten Bilanzbuchhalter / Senior Accountant (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

• Eigenständige Erstellung und Analyse von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen gemäß HGB
• Unterstützung bei der Aufstellung des Konzernabschlusses sowie bei Konsolidierungsprozessen innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe
• Überwachung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Abschluss- und Berichtsprozessen hinsichtlich Qualität und Termintreue
• Betreuung zentraler Bereiche der Finanzbuchhaltung und Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe
• Abstimmung von Haupt- und Nebenbuchkonten sowie konzerninternen Verrechnungen
• Kompetente Schnittstelle für externe Prüfer, Berater und interne Fachbereiche
• Organisation und Begleitung von Jahresabschluss-, Steuer- und Betriebsprüfungen
• Fachliche Unterstützung des Managements bei finanzwirtschaftlichen und bilanziellen Fragestellungen
• Mitwirkung bei steuerlichen Sachverhalten und der Erstellung behördlicher MeldungenIdentifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen innerhalb der Finanzprozesse und deren Umsetzung
• Weiterentwicklung digitaler Arbeitsabläufe, Reporting-Instrumente und Automatisierungslösungen
• Mitarbeit in unternehmensweiten Projekten mit Bezug zu Finance, Reporting und Compliance

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen, Rechnungswesen oder Controlling beziehungsweise eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, beispielsweise als Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK)
• Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Accounting, Finanzbuchhaltung oder Abschlusserstellung
• Fundiertes Wissen in der Rechnungslegung nach HGB und sicherer Umgang mit Jahresabschlüssen
• Kenntnisse im Konzernrechnungswesen oder in Konsolidierungsprozessen sind von Vorteil
• Souveränes Auftreten gegenüber externen Prüfern, Steuerberatern und internen Stakeholdern
• Anwenderkenntnisse in ERP-Systemen, idealerweise im Umfeld moderner Microsoft-LösungenSehr gute Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit Excel sowie ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Zahlen und Prozesse
• Begeisterung für digitale Transformation, Prozessoptimierung und moderne Finanzorganisationen
• Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke, analytisches Denkvermögen und ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Gute Englischkenntnisse für den Austausch mit internationalen Ansprechpartnern
