Sondern um Kommunikation, Schnelligkeit und moderne Recruitingprozesse.

Du führst telefonische Erstgespräche mit Bewerbern aus unseren Kampagnen.

Du findest heraus:

• Wer passt wirklich?
• Wer ist motiviert?
• Wer eignet sich für unsere Kunden?

Du koordinierst Termine, dokumentierst Gespräche und sorgst dafür, dass Bewerber professionell betreut werden.

Qualifikation

• Du bist kommunikativ und offen
• Du telefonierst gerne
• Du arbeitest organisiert und zuverlässig
• Du lernst schnell und denkst mit
• Erste Erfahrung im Kundenkontakt, Vertrieb, Recruiting oder Service ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
