Worum es geht

Du baust die KI-Systeme, die unser Geschäft tragen - von der Architektur über die Umsetzung bis zum laufenden Betrieb beim Kunden. Du verzahnst LLMs, APIs und Automatisierungs-Tools zu Workflows, die selbstständig laufen und nur dort einen Menschen brauchen, wo es wirklich nötig ist. Kevin gibt die strategische Richtung vor - die technische Realisierung liegt bei dir.

Diese Rolle ist eine Aufbaurolle. Das System, das wir bauen, ist noch nicht in jedem Detail definiert - du gestaltest mit, wie es aussieht, und entwickelst aus den ersten Kundenprojekten die wiederverwendbare Grundlage, auf der wir skalieren. Mit dem Unternehmenswachstum kommt perspektivisch fachliche Verantwortung für ein kleines Tech-Team dazu.

Aufgaben

Was du verantwortest

• Systemarchitektur der KI-gestützten Kundensysteme
• Technische Umsetzung und Integration vom Konzept bis zum laufenden Betrieb
• Aufbau, Wartung und Stabilität von Automationen und Workflows
• Technische Dokumentation der Systeme
• Qualität, Skalierbarkeit und Weiterentwicklung der Lösungen

Du entscheidest dabei eigenständig über Tool-Wahl, Architektur, Integrationen und technische Lösungswege.

Qualifikation

Du passt, wenn du

• schon produktive LLM-gestützte Systeme oder Agenten-Workflows gebaut hast, die echte Nutzer hatten — nicht nur Prototypen oder Demos
• sicher in Python arbeitest, APIs sauber integrierst und mit Datenpipelines umgehst
• Automatisierungs- und Orchestrierungs-Tools auf fortgeschrittenem Niveau beherrschst (n8n, Make oder eigener Code)
• Systemarchitektur für produktive Anwendungen denken kannst — nicht nur einzelne Workflows, sondern das Zusammenspiel
• mit Unsicherheit umgehen kannst und sie eher als Gestaltungsraum siehst denn als Problem
• eigenständig beim Kunden arbeiten kannst: technische Entscheidungen treffen, mit deren IT sprechen, Probleme unter Druck lösen
• in skalierbaren Systemen denkst statt in Einzellösungen
• Ownership für technische Ergebnisse übernimmst, statt sie weiterzureichen
