Deine Mission:

Als Head of Staff bist du das Scharnier zwischen Vision und Umsetzung. Du arbeitest direkt mit der Geschäftsführung, führst Teams und Prozesse und sorgst dafür, dass talenthafen nicht nur schnell wächst, sondern auch mit Verstand skaliert.

Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben:

• Du übernimmst Verantwortung direkt – mit Klarheit, Kontext und echtem Blick für Menschen und Ergebnisse
• Du baust und optimierst Strukturen, Prozesse und Entscheidungswege für ein Unternehmen, dass schneller wächst als seine eigenen Systeme Du steuerst strategische Initiativen - von der Idee über den Rollout bis zur Retrospektive
• Du bist erste Ansprechperson für die Geschäftsführung – Sparringspartner, Filterfunktion und Umsetzungsprofi in einem Du erkennst, wo Culture und Performance auseinanderdriften, und steuerst aktiv dagegen
• Du koordinierst cross-funktionale Teams und behältst in der Komplexität den Überblick

Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung – du weißt, was es bedeutet, für Menschen Verantwortung zu übernehmen
• Nachweisliche Erfolge beim Aufbau oder der Transformation von Organisationen oder Teams
• Unternehmerisches Denken - Du siehst das große Bild und verlierst dabei die Details nicht
• Exzellente Kommunikation – auf allen Ebenen, intern wie extern
• Erfahrung in schnell wachsenden Unternehmen ist ein Plus, kein Muss
