Der Landesfachverband Medienbildung Brandenburg ist der Ansprechpartner für Medienbildung in Brandenburg. Im Fokus seiner Arbeit steht die Stärkung von Medienkompetenz bei Fachkräften der Kinder- und Jugendarbeit sowie von Lehrkräften. Mit dem „LausitzLab“ ist ein umfangreiches Projekt in der Lausitz gestartet, mit dem der Verband aktiv die Bildungslandschaft im Kontext von Digitalisierung und Strukturwandel fördert. Im Zentrum steht ein großer Makerspace in Cottbus, ergänzt durch Satelliten-Labs und mobile Angebote, die Kinder, Jugendliche, Familien und pädagogische Fachkräfte in der gesamten Region erreichen. Das innovative und regional verankerte Bildungsökosystem für MINT-, Medienund digitale Bildung sowie gesellschaftliche Teilhabe gilt es aufzubauen. Ziel ist es, Kindern, Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen chancengerechte Zugänge zu Zukunftskompetenzen zu eröffnen und die Region im Strukturwandel nachhaltig zu stärken.
40h/ Woche – befristet bis 31.12.2030 mit der Option auf Verlängerung um weitere 5 Jahre

Aufgaben

Sie stellen sicher, dass die digitale und technische Infrastruktur der LausitzLabs zuverlässig, sicher und nutzerfreundlich funktioniert. Von Netzwerk, Computern, Lernplattform und CRM bis hin zu Maker-Technik, Streaming-Equipment und Medientechnik sorgen Sie dafür, dass unsere Bildungsangebote technisch auf höchstem Niveau umgesetzt werden können. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit dem 24-köpfigen Team zusammen.

Betrieb der digitalen Infrastruktur:

• Aufbau und Instandhaltung des Netzwerks (intra) und der angeschlossenen Computer sowie der Geräte unserer zwei mobilen Angebote und der Kommunikationsinfrastruktur
• Nutzer- und Rechteverwaltung
• Updates und Instandhaltung der technischen Geräte
• Wartung der technischen Ausstattung (z.B. 3D-Drucker, VR-Technik, Lasercutter, Kameratechnik, Lötstation, etc.)
• First- und Second-Level-Support für Mitarbeitende und externe Nutzer*innen
• Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung
• Unterstützung bei Software- und Hardwareeinrichtung
• Erstellung von Anleitungen und technischen Dokumentationen
• Technische Unterstützung bei Workshops, Events und hybriden Formaten

IT-Sicherheit und Datenschutz

• Umsetzung von Backup- und Sicherheitskonzepten
• Unterstützung bei Datenschutz- und Zugriffsregelungen
• Zusammenarbeit (Steuerung) mit externen IT-Dienstleistern Beschaffung und Weiterentwicklung
• Mitwirkung bei Ausschreibungen und Beschaffungen
• Bewertung neuer Hard- und Softwarelösungen
• Weiterentwicklung der technischen Infrastruktur

Qualifikation

Fachliche Anforderungen:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium in Informatik, Medientechnik, IT-Systemadministration oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
• Erfahrung in der Betreuung von IT- und Medientechnik
• Erfahrung mit Windows-, macOS- und mobilen Endgeräten
• Kenntnisse in Netzwerken, Datensicherung und IT-Sicherheit
• Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Hohe Serviceorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

Wünschenswert wären außerdem:

• Erfahrung mit Makerspace-Technologien (z. B. 3D-Druck, Lasercutter, Mikrocontroller)
• Kenntnisse in CRM-Systemen und Webadministration
• Erfahrung in Bildungseinrichtungen oder gemeinnützigen Organisationen
• Interesse an MINT- und Medienbildung
