Wir suchen am Standort Köln eine studentische Verstärkung, die unsere Social-Media-Präsenz (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) auf das nächste Level hebt. Bei WBS LEGAL verbindest du kreatives Storytelling mit spannenden juristischen Inhalten und arbeitest eng mit unseren Marketing-Experten zusammen.

Aufgaben

• Content-Erstellung: Du planst und erstellst eigenständig Social-Media-Content – von der Idee über das Skript bis hin zum fertigen Posting.
• Format-Vielfalt: Die Erstellung von Reels, Posts, Stories und Carousels gehört zu deinem Alltag.
• Design mit Canva: Du bist fit in Canva und nutzt das Tool, um moderne, starke Assets und Layouts zu bauen.
• Trend-Scouting: Du hast den Blick für das, was gerade auf TikTok, Instagram und LinkedIn funktioniert, und adaptierst Trends blitzschnell für unsere Zielgruppe.
• Kommunikation: Du unterstützt uns bei der Abstimmung mit Influencer:innen und Creator:innen und kommunizierst souverän auf Augenhöhe.
• Kreative Projekte: Du wirkst bei spannenden Kampagnen (z. B. App-Marketing) mit und übersetzt komplexe Themen in klare, ansprechende Botschaften.

Qualifikation

• Laufendes Studium: Fachrichtung Jura, Wirtschaftsrecht, Medienrecht oder Marketing, Medien, Kommunikation oder Ähnliches.
• Social Media DNA: Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für die GenZ- & Millennial-Zielgruppe und bist auf den gängigen Plattformen zu Hause.
• Tool-Skills: Sicherer Umgang mit Canva (Templates und eigene Designs). Erste Erfahrungen mit Short-Form-Video-Schnitt oder KI-Tools sind ein dickes Plus.
• Sprachgefühl: Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift sowie die Fähigkeit, Dinge auf den Punkt zu bringen.
• Mindset: Du arbeitest eigenständig, hast keine Scheu vor Neuem und bringst eine ordentliche Portion Eigeninitiative mit.
