Für unser wachsendes Creative Team suchen wir ab sofort eine:n Werkstudent:in im Bereich Printdesign Fashion (m/w/d) mit ca. 15–18 Stunden pro Woche, der/die Lust hat, kreative Ideen in tragbare Designs zu verwandeln und gemeinsam mit uns moderne Merchandise- und Fashion-Kollektionen zu entwickeln.

Aufgaben

Als Werkstudent:in im Bereich Printdesign arbeitest du an abwechslungsreichen Projekten – von Fußballvereins-Merch über Artist Collections bis hin zu modernen Streetwear-Designs. Gemeinsam entwickeln wir starke Prints, Grafiken und Kollektionen, die Marken sichtbar und erlebbar machen.

Design & Produktentwicklung

• Entwicklung und Gestaltung kreativer Print-Designs für Textilien, Accessoires und Fashion-Produkte
• Erstellung von Moodboards, Farbkonzepten, Illustrationen und grafischen Layouts
• Umsetzung aktueller Trends in markengerechte Designs und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Styles
• Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung neuer Merchandise- und Fashion-Kollektionen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktentwicklung, Produktion und E-Commerce

Produktion & Umsetzung

• Aufbereitung druckfertiger Dateien (Reinzeichnung) für verschiedene Textildruckverfahren
• Abstimmung zu Materialien, Drucktechniken und Platzierungen
• Unterstützung bei der Qualitätssicherung von Mustern und finalen Produkten
• Kontrolle und Optimierung visueller Details im Produktionsprozess

Kreative Zusammenarbeit

• Mitarbeit an kreativen Konzepten und visuellen Kampagnen
• Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und externen Partnern
• Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung moderner Fashion- und Streetwear-Ästhetiken

Qualifikation

• Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Grafikdesign, Modedesign, Textildesign oder vergleichbar
• Sicherer Umgang mit Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop und gängigen Grafikprogrammen
• Kreatives Gespür für Farben, Typografie, Formen und visuelle Trends
• Eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Hoher Qualitätsanspruch und Liebe zum Detail
• Interesse an Fashion, Streetwear, Musik-, Sport- und Popkultur
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit KI-Tools für Design und Grafik ist ein Plus
