Deine Position

Als Werkstudent:in (m/w/d) begleitest du unser Team und unterstützt uns in allen Bereichen der lokalen und globalen Pressearbeit. Dazu gehören:

• Recherche & Dokumentation: Du übernimmst die strukturierte Hintergrundrecherche zu relevanten Themen und bereitest diese verständlich auf.
• Netzwerkpflege: Du unterstützt uns bei der aktiven Pflege sowie dem gezielten Ausbau unseres Journalistennetzwerks.
• Content Creation: Das Verfassen von prägnanten Pressetexten und maßgeschneiderten Medienpitches gehört zu deinen kreativen Aufgaben.
• Medienmonitoring: Du behältst die Berichterstattung im Blick, wertest Veröffentlichungen aus und erstellst fundierte Reportings.
• Formatentwicklung: Du wirkst aktiv an der Konzeption und Umsetzung zielgruppenspezifischer Medienformate mit.
• Event-Support: Du übernimmst die organisatorische Vor- und Nachbereitung von wichtigen Medienterminen und Presseevents.
• Interne Kommunikation: Auch bei der Gestaltung und Umsetzung unserer internen Kommunikationsmaßnahmen greifst du uns tatkräftig unter die Arme.

Dein Profil

• Akademischer Hintergrund & Verfügbarkeit: Du bist noch mindestens zwei Semester an einer deutschen Hochschule im Studiengang Geisteswissenschaften (oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang) immatrikuliert und kannst uns ab sofort 15-20 Stunden pro Woche und in den Semesterferien bis zu 40 Stunden pro Woche unterstützen.
• Praxiserfahrung: Du konntest bereits relevante Erfahrung im Bereich PR & Communications sammeln, idealerweise in einem dynamischen Startup- oder Agenturumfeld.
• Fokus: Du brennst für die PR, willst dich langfristig in diesem Bereich weiterentwickeln und suchst nicht nur „irgendeinen“ Job, sondern eine echte Perspektive.
• Medien-Know-how: Die deutsche Medienlandschaft ist dein Zuhause – du kennst die relevanten Kanäle, Formate und Trends.
• Brancheninteresse: Idealerweise bringst du bereits Vorkenntnisse oder zumindest ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an der Energiebranche und ihren aktuellen Themen mit.
• Persönlichkeit: Du bist ein outgoing Charakter, denkst kreativ und besitzt ein scharfes Auge fürs Detail. Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe zeichnet dich auch in stressigen Phasen aus.
