Deine Position

• After Sales und Kundenbetreuung: Deine zentrale Aufgabe sind sogenannte „Happy Calls“ an unsere Bestandskund:innen mit bereits installierten Systemen. Du kontaktierst Kund:innen aktiv telefonisch, erhebst systematisch die Zufriedenheit und sammelst strukturiertes Feedback zur Verbesserung unserer Leistungen. Die gewonnenen Erkenntnisse fließen direkt in die Optimierung unserer After-Sales-Prozesse sowie in Marketingkampagnen ein
• Events und Kundenkontakt: Du planst und begleitest kleine lokale Events und stehst dort im persönlichen Austausch mit Kund:innen. Dabei bringst du eigene Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung von Kundenansprache und Kampagnen ein
• Zusammenarbeit: Du arbeitest standortübergreifend mit über 50 Standorten deutschlandweit zusammen und erhältst umfassende Einblicke in ein dynamisch wachsendes Unternehmen

Dein Profil

• Du bist noch mindestens zwei Semester an einer deutschen Hochschule immatrikuliert und kannst uns ab sofort 15-20 Stunden pro Woche unterstützen, idealerweise in Berlin
• Sprachkenntnisse: Fließende Deutschkenntnisse auf Muttersprachen-Niveau sind für die Kommunikation mit unseren Kund:innen erforderlich
• Stärke: Du bist sehr kommunikativ, überzeugungsstark und hast keine Scheu vor Telefonaten, Zahlen und Analysen
• Eigeninitiative: Du packst gerne an, übernimmst Verantwortung, arbeitest selbstständig und willst aktiv dazu beitragen, die Energiewende voranzutreiben
