Wir suchen jemanden, der nicht wie 2018 arbeitet, sondern wie 2026. Eigene Workflows, AI-gestützt, schnell testen, schnell lernen. Du baust Wachstum nicht über Budgets, sondern über Geschwindigkeit und Substanz.

Aufgaben

• Du übersetzt komplexe Energiethemen: Batteriespeicher, dynamische Tarife, atypische Netznutzung, PPAs in Inhalte, die Mittelständler wirklich interessieren.
• Du baust und betreibst unsere Growth-Kanäle: LinkedIn (Company & Founder), Website, E-Mail-Outbound, Newsletter, Case Studies und Lead-Magneten.
• Du nutzt AI nativ für Content-Produktion, Recherche, Personalisierung, Targeting und Reporting. Du baust eigene Workflows, die dir Hebel verschaffen, die ein klassisches Marketingteam nicht hat.
• Du arbeitest in schnellen Test-Lern-Zyklen: Was funktioniert? Was nicht? Was skalieren wir?
• Du verantwortest unsere MQL-Pipeline, von Lead-Generierung bis Übergabe an Sales, Hand in Hand mit dem Vertriebsteam.
• Du entwickelst unsere Markenstimme weiter: ehrlich, direkt, ohne Buzzword-Bingo. So, wie Mittelstand spricht.

Qualifikation

• Du hast Growth Marketing schon gemacht, idealerweise im B2B-Umfeld, besonders gerne mit Fokus auf Mittelstand oder erklärungsbedürftige Produkte.
• Du nutzt AI nicht nur, du baust damit: eigene GPTs/Projects, n8n-Workflows, automatisierte Recherche, AI-gestützte Personalisierung. Wenn du diese Stelle liest und denkst „ich hab da schon was gebaut", perfekt.
• Du schreibst gut. Auf Deutsch und Englisch.
• Du kannst Energie-, Tech- oder Industrie-Themen schnell durchdringen. Du musst nicht alles wissen, aber du willst es verstehen.
• Du arbeitest datenbasiert, nicht meinungsbasiert. CAC, Conversion Rate, Funnel — du weißt, was sie bedeuten und wie du sie bewegst.
• Du sprichst Deutsch auf Muttersprachen-Niveau (oder sehr nah dran) und gutes Englisch.
• Nice to have: Erfahrung mit Energiebranche, LinkedIn-Thought-Leadership-Aufbau, Performance Marketing oder Content Operations.
