Aufgaben

Video-Produktion & Drehs

• Unterstützung bei Drehs (Filmen, Vorbereitung, Setup)
• Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs bei Aufnahmen
• Vorbereitung von Equipment und Settings

Video Editing & Postproduktion

• Cutting und Editing von Videomaterial (Shortform Content)
• Auswahl und Aufbereitung relevanter Szenen
• Einbindung einfacher Effekte, Untertitel und Hooks

Content Creation & Social Media

• Umsetzung von Social Content (Stories, Reels, Clips)
• Erstellung trendbasierter Inhalte für Plattformen wie Instagram

Publishing & Community Management

• Upload und Scheduling von Content (Instagram, YouTube)
• Pflege von Content-Plänen und Veröffentlichungszyklen
• Kommentarmanagement und einfache DM-Kommunikation

Abstimmung & Schnittstellen

• Abstimmung mit externen Video Editoren (Material, Übergaben)
• Sicherstellung strukturierter Abläufe zwischen internen und externen Beteiligten

Qualifikation

• Starkes Interesse an Video, Social Media und Content Creation
• Erste Erfahrung im Video-Editing (z. B. CapCut, Premiere o. ä.)
• Gespür für Trends und Plattform-Logiken (z. B. Reels)
• Gefühl für Timing, Schnitt und visuelle Wirkung
• Grundverständnis für Social Media Plattformen (Instagram, YouTube)
• Hands-on Mentalität und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
• Laufendes Studium im Bereich Medien, Medieninformatik, Kommunikationsdesign, Marketing oder vergleichbar
