Deine Mission

Als Werkstudent Projektmanagement & Wärmetechnik (m/w/d) unterstützt du unser Team bei der Entwicklung, Planung und Optimierung moderner Wärmelösungen. Dabei erhältst du spannende Einblicke in die Bereiche Projektmanagement, Produktentwicklung sowie Prozessgestaltung innerhalb eines dynamischen Unternehmensumfelds.

Du arbeitest aktiv an realen Projekten mit, recherchierst zu aktuellen Entwicklungen im Wärmesektor und unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung interner Prozesse und technischer Lösungen. So trägst du dazu bei, nachhaltige, effiziente und zukunftsorientierte Wärmekonzepte erfolgreich umzusetzen.

Wo Du mit anpacken wirst

• Du unterstützt bei der Planung und Kalkulation von Heizungsanlagen mit Fokus auf nachhaltige Wärmeversorgung.
• Du wirkst aktiv in den Bereichen Produktentwicklung sowie der Optimierung interner Prozesse mit.
• Du unterstützt bei der Organisation, Koordination und Umsetzung von Projekten im Wärme- und Engineering-Bereich.
• Du recherchierst zu Technologien, Fördermöglichkeiten, Markttrends und ganzheitlichen Themen rund um Wärme und Engineering und bereitest die Ergebnisse strukturiert auf.
• Du begleitest die Planung und Einführung neuer Prozesse für interne Abläufe und unterstützt bei deren Umsetzung.
• Du hilfst bei der Analyse von Verbrauchsdaten sowie bei Simulationen zur Optimierung bestehender Anlagen.
• Du unterstützt bei der Digitalisierung von Heizsystemen und der Vernetzung von Gebäudetechnik.
• Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Team sowie externen Partnern und Installateuren zusammen und unterstützt bei laufenden Projekten.

Was Du mitbringen solltest

• Du bist immatrikuliert, idealerweise in einem wirtschaftlichen, technischen oder energiewirtschaftlichen Studiengang.
• Du interessierst dich für Themen rund um Energiewirtschaft, nachhaltige Energiesysteme sowie technische und prozessuale Zusammenhänge im Wärmebereich.
• Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenständig und bringst Interesse an der Weiterentwicklung von Produkten und Prozessen mit.
• Du gehst sicher mit gängigen Office-Anwendungen (insbesondere Excel und Word) um. Erste Erfahrungen mit technischen Tools, Datenanalysen oder Simulationen sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
• Du hast Freude am Austausch im Team, kommunizierst klar und bringst Eigeninitiative mit.

Die Vergütung erfolgt je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung in einem Bereich von 15,00 bis 20,00 € brutto pro Stunde.
