Welche Aufgaben erwarten Sie bei uns?

• Beratung von Unternehmen bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Nachhaltigkeitsstrategien
• Begleitung von ESG- und Nachhaltigkeitsprojekten mit Fokus auf mittelständische Unternehmen
• Unterstützung bei der Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung nach: VSME, CSRD/ESRS, EU-Taxonomie
• Durchführung von Wesentlichkeitsanalysen und Unterstützung bei ESG-Datenprozessen
• Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Nachhaltigkeitsratings, insbesondere EcoVadis
• Durchführung von Klimarisikoanalysen
• Analyse regulatorischer Anforderungen und Ableitung praxisnaher Handlungsempfehlungen
• Moderation von Workshops sowie Präsentation von Ergebnissen gegenüber Kund:innen und Stakeholdern
• Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Beratungsprodukten und internen Methoden

Was bringen Sie idealerweise mit?

• Abgeschlossenes Studium, z. B. in Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement, Umweltwissenschaften, Wirtschafts-, Ingenieur- oder Sozialwissenschaften
• Je nach Berufserfahrung übernehmen Sie eigenverantwortlich die Leitung von Projekten oder unterstützen unsere Projektteams in den Bereichen Nachhaltigkeit, ESG und Unternehmensberatung
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in aktuellen ESG-Regulatoriken
• Verständnis regulatorischer und strategischer Nachhaltigkeitsthemen
• Strukturierte, analytische und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke sowie sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kund:innen
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
