Aufgaben

Bei uns bist du das Bindeglied zwischen Strategie und Praxis. Deine Aufgaben sind abwechslungsreich und bieten dir Einblicke auf höchster Ebene:

1. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Top-Management

• Sichtbarkeit: Du arbeitest direkt mit der Geschäftsführung und dem Senior Leadership Team zusammen.
• Strategischer Support: Du bereitest Management-Präsentationen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen vor und unterstützt bei übergreifenden Sonderprojekten.

2. Operative & strategische Unterstützung im Property Management

• Prozessoptimierung: Du unterstützt unsere Property Manager bei der Strukturierung und Digitalisierung des Tagesgeschäfts.
• Datenpflege & Basisarbeit: Du hilfst dabei, Stammdaten in unseren Systemen sauber aufzusetzen und zu pflegen – die Basis für jede gute Asset-Strategie.
• Schnittstellenarbeit: Du bist im Austausch mit Dienstleistern, Mietern und internen Teams, um operative Abläufe zu beschleunigen.

3. Support im Bereich Finance & Controlling

• Tagesgeschäft Finance: Du unterstützt das Finance-Team bei laufenden Prozessen (z. B. Rechnungsprüfung, Vorbereitung der Buchhaltung, Mahnwesen).
• Reporting & Analysen: Du wirkst bei der Erstellung von Finanzberichten und Soll-Ist-Vergleichen für unsere Immobilienportfolios mit und bereitest Daten verständlich auf.

Qualifikation

• Dein Fundament: Du bist eingeschriebene/r Student/in der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, des Immobilienmanagements, Finance oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs.
• Deine Stärken: Du denkst analytisch, arbeitest strukturiert und hast ein Auge fürs Detail.
• Deine Tools: Du bist fit im Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen. Wenn du schon mal von Immobilien-Software (ERP) gehört hast, ist das ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
• Deine Persönlichkeit: Du bist kommunikationsstark in deutscher Sprache, fühlst dich im direkten Austausch mit Führungskräften wohl und punktest mit einer proaktiven "Hands-on"-Mentalität.
