Um unser Team vollständig Remote zu verstärken, suchen wir eine/n engagierte/n Steuerfachangestellte/n (m/w/d), der/die Lust hat, die Finanzprozesse unserer Mandanten mit Struktur und digitalem Drive zu führen.

Aufgaben

• Solide Finanzbuchhaltung: Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich die laufende Finanzbuchhaltung für einen festen Kreis vielseitiger Mandanten.
• Abschluss-Unterstützung: Du bist maßgeblich an der Vorbereitung und Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB beteiligt.
• Digitale Prozessführung: Du begleitest und steuerst Mandanten durch beleglose, digitale Workflows und nutzt moderne DMS-Systeme für eine komplett papierlose Ablage.
• Mandantenbetreuung: Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für Fragen rund um die laufende Buchhaltung und pflegst einen serviceorientierten Austausch ohne "Fachchinesisch".
• Qualitätssicherung: Durch deine strukturierte Arbeitsweise stellst du sicher, dass alle Konten sauber abgestimmt sind und Fristen exakt eingehalten werden.

Qualifikation

• Fundierte Ausbildung: Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Steuerfachangestellten (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Finanzwesen.
• DATEV-Profi: Du beherrschst das DATEV-Ökosystem sicher, insbesondere DATEV Rechnungswesen und DATEV Unternehmen Online (DUO).
• Abschluss-Sicherheit: Du bringst solide Kenntnisse im HGB-Bereich mit und hast bereits erfolgreich bei der Vorbereitung von Jahresabschlüssen mitgewirkt.
• Digital Mindset: Ein papierloses Büro ist für dich Standard. Du hast Freude an der Arbeit mit Dokumentenmanagementsystemen (DMS) und optimierst gern digitale Workflows.
• Strukturierte Arbeitsweise: Dein Arbeitsstil zeichnet sich durch Gewissenhaftigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und eine saubere Dokumentation aus.Kommunikationsstärke: Du arbeitest gern eigenständig im Homeoffice, bist aber dennoch ein absoluter Teamplayer mit starker digitaler Kommunikation.
