Wir suchen Werkstudenten (m/w/d) im Bereich Wirtschaft, Marketing oder IT-Management, die uns bei der Planung, Erstellung und Optimierung von Marketingkampagnen sowie firmeninternen Prozessen unterstützen.

Dabei trägt dein Talent, Daten klar und wirkungsvoll zu analysieren und daraus fundierte Entscheidungen abzuleiten, maßgeblich zu unserem Marketingerfolg bei. Darüber hinaus arbeitest du mit der Geschäftsführung zusammen, um bestehende Prozesse zu verbessern.

Deine Aufgabenbereiche:

• Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung von Strategien zur Neukundengewinnung

• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Optimierung von Werbekampagnen

• Analyse von Kampagnenergebnissen und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen

• Mitwirkung bei der Content-Planung für Social Media und andere digitale Kanäle

• Planung, Einführung und Optimierung neuer Softwarelösungen & IT-Prozesse

• Unterstützung bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben

Während der Einarbeitung erlernst du Alles, was du für die Ausführung deiner Tätigkeit bei uns benötigst. Wir bilden Dich mit unseren internen Schulung aus, sodass Du innerhalb von wenigen Wochen alle notwendigen Handgriffe bei uns erlernst.

• Stark ausgeprägtes analytisches & selbstständiges Denken

• Saubere und fehlerfreie schriftliche Ausdrucksform in Deutsch

• Erfahrung in Projektmanagement

• Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Software-Lösungen wie Zapier, Hubspot, G-Suite, Slack, Wordpress, ActiveCampaign (oder vergleichbare Tools)

• Kenntnisse im Bereich Vertrieb und/oder Online-Marketing (nicht zwingend erforderlich)
