Aufgaben

Diese Aufgaben warten auf dich

Recruiting ist dein Schwerpunkt – aber du bist in alle relevanten HR-Themen eingebunden:

• Active Sourcing & Recruiting – Neue Talente aktiv auf LinkedIn, Xing, Instagram und weiteren Plattformen finden – und kreative Ideen entwickeln, wie wir als Arbeitgeber sichtbarer werden.
• Begleitung des Employee Lifecycles – Vom ersten Tag bis zum Abschied: Unterstützung bei Onboarding, laufendem Mitarbeitersupport und Offboarding – mit Blick auf den gesamten HR-Prozess.
• HR-Administration & Dokumentenmanagement – Erstellung von Arbeitszeugnissen, Verträgen und weiteren rechtlich relevanten Dokumenten sowie Übernahme administrativer Aufgaben wie Provisionsberechnungen für die Payroll.
• Organisatorische Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft – Terminkoordination, allgemeine Korrespondenz und organisatorische Aufgaben – damit das People & Culture Team den Fokus behält.
• Mitarbeit an HR-Projekten – Eigene Ideen aktiv in spezifische Projekte des HR-Managements einbringen und unsere People & Culture wirklich mitgestalten.

Qualifikation

• Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftspädagogik, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder vergleichbar, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personalmanagement
• Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Recruiting, z.B. durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Kenntnisse in einem Personaltool sind ein Plus
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Organisationstalent
• Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Empathie
• Engagement und Leidenschaft für den HR-Bereich sowie Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
