Deine Rolle

Du probierst neue KI-Tools nicht nur aus, sondern überlegst sofort: „Wie kann man das sinnvoll im Alltag einsetzen?“ Dann könnte diese Rolle perfekt zu dir passen.

Als Werkstudent:in AI Solutions arbeitest du in einem Unternehmen, das KI nicht nur als Trend versteht, sondern als echtes Werkzeug für bessere Prozesse, smartere Zusammenarbeit und neue Ideen. Gemeinsam mit verschiedenen Bereichen identifizierst du spannende Anwendungsfälle, entwickelst erste Prototypen und bringst innovative KI-Lösungen in die Praxis.

Dabei arbeitest du eng mit unserem Data Insights Team, dem Technical Director und internationalen Kolleg:innen zusammen und gestaltest aktiv mit, wie KI unsere Plattformen und Arbeitsweisen weiterentwickelt.

Deine Aufgaben

• Analyse und Identifikation von KI-Use-Cases im Arbeitsalltag
• Entwicklung kleiner Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) mit modernen LLMs wie Claude
• Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Teams zur Optimierung interner Prozesse
• Unterstützung bei Automatisierungen, Datenanalysen und KI-gestützten Workflows
• Testing neuer KI-Funktionen und Bewertung ihres praktischen Nutzens
• Unterstützung und Beratung von Kolleg:innen rund um KI-Anwendungen und Prompting

• Interesse an Tools wie Claude, ChatGPT oder vergleichbaren Anwendungen

• Offenheit für die Nutzung und Weiterentwicklung von KI-Anwendungen
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
