Aufgaben

    • CRM-Strategie: Du entwickelst und steuerst unsere komplette CRM- und Retention-Strategie eigenständig.
    • Klaviyo Flows: Du konzipierst und baust alle relevanten Flows auf, von Welcome über Abandoned Cart bis Winback.
    • Segmentierung: Du entwickelst eine datengetriebene Segmentierungs-Logik nach Lifecycle, Value und Verhalten.
    • WhatsApp-Marketing: Du baust WhatsApp als zweiten Retention-Kanal von Grund auf auf.
    • Performance & Testing: Du steuerst den Kanal über KPIs wie Revenue per Recipient und entwickelst eine strukturierte A/B-Test-Roadmap.

Qualifikation

    • Du hast mindestens 3+ Jahre Berufserfahrung im CRM- oder E-Mail-Marketing, davon mindestens 2 Jahre in einem D2C E-Commerce Unternehmen.
    • Du hast bereits eigenständig komplette Flow-Architekturen in Klaviyo aufgebaut oder substantiell skaliert.
    • Du denkst strategisch in Lifecycle-Stages, Segmenten und Customer Journeys.
    • Du hast ein gutes Copywriting-Auge und kannst Texte strategisch briefen und reviewen.
    • Du arbeitest datengetrieben und triffst Entscheidungen auf Basis von Tests und KPIs.
    • Du sprichst und schreibst Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher.
