About This Role

To qualify for the position of Victim Outreach Specialist (one year reimbursable detail), at GS-0101-13you must meet the basic qualification requirements listed below. Degree: behavioral or social science; or related disciplines appropriate to the position. OR Combination of education and experience that provided the applicant with knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field. OR Four years of appropriate experience that demonstrated that the applicant has acquired knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field. Additionally, successful applicants must also have prior experience working directly with crime victims, and knowledge of trauma-informed, victim-centered best practices. You MUST meet all qualification requirements, including time-in-grade, by the 04/27/2026 of this announcement.
