Aufgaben

• Aktive Neukundenakquise (telefonisch und im Außendienst)
• Aufbau und Entwicklung eines eigenen Kundenportfolios
• Durchführung von Kundenterminen sowie Präsentation unserer Dienstleistungen vor Ort
• Analyse des Personalbedarfs und Beratung zu individuellen Lösungen
• Erstellung von Angeboten sowie Verhandlung und Abschluss von Verträgen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Recruiting, um Kundenaufträge erfolgreich zu besetzen
• Pflege und Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
• Erfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise im B2B-Bereich oder in der Personaldienstleistung
• Starke Abschlussorientierung und Freude an der Neukundenakquise
• Souveränes Auftreten sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke
• Hohe Eigenmotivation und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
• Führerschein der Klasse B
