Aufgaben

Zu deinen Aufgaben werden gehören:

• Kundenbetreuung und -beratung: Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen per Telefon, E-Mail oder Chat. Dazu gehört auch die Beratung bezüglich der Produktpalette, Preise und Lieferkonditionen.
• Angebotserstellung: Erstellung individueller Angebote auf Basis der Kundenanforderungen und -wünsche. Dazu gehört die Kalkulation von Preisen und Rabatten in Abstimmung mit der Vertriebsleitung.
• Auftragsbearbeitung: Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen im System. Dies umfasst die Prüfung der Verfügbarkeit von Produkten, die Erstellung von Auftragsbestätigungen und die Koordination mit der Logistikabteilung für den Versand.
• Datenpflege und -management: Verantwortung für die Pflege der Kundendatenbank und die Aktualisierung von Kundeninformationen. Dazu gehört auch die Analyse von Kundenbestellungen zur Erkennung von Verkaufstrends.
• Zusammenarbeit mit dem Außendienst: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Außendienst, um sicherzustellen, dass Kundenanforderungen erfüllt werden und um Unterstützung bei der Kundenakquise zu bieten.
• Reklamationsbearbeitung: Annahme und Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen und -feedback. Dies beinhaltet die Untersuchung der Ursachen und die Einleitung entsprechender Maßnahmen zur Problemlösung.
• Produktkenntnisse: Aufbau und Pflege umfassender Kenntnisse über das Produktportfolio, um Kunden effektiv beraten und unterstützen zu können.

Qualifikation

• Du hast über Praktika erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Vertrieb gesammelt, BWL studiert oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
• Du hast erste Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen gesammelt (wir nutzen Weclapp)
• Du darfst easy Berufseinsteiger:in oder Quereinsteiger:in sein
• Du gibst Gas, und hast Spaß daran, Dinge einfach mal umzusetzen und mit der Zeit zu optimieren
• Du bist die Zuverlässigkeit in Person
