Wir suchen zur Direktvermittlung für ein etabliertes, international tätiges Industrieuntermehmen, spezialisiert auf die Entwicklung und Herstellung von technisch anspruchsvollen Speziallösungen für sicherheitskritische Anwendungen.

Aufgaben

- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Vertriebsbereichs
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Kundenakquise und -betreuung
Verantwortung für den Ausbau nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen, insbesondere im
technischen Umfeld

- Steuerung und Durchführung technischer Beratung bei kundenspezifischen Lösungen
Analyse von Markt- und Technologietrends sowie Ableitung von Maßnahmen
- Optimierung interner Prozesse in Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Schnittstellen
- Aktive Mitgestaltung von Veränderungs- und Entwicklungsprozessen im Unternehmen

- Führungsrolle mit Gestaltungsspielraum und strategischer Verantwortung
Kombination aus technischem Verständnis und vertrieblicher Steuerung

- Tätigkeit in einem internationalen und sicherheitsrelevanten Umfeld
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Produktion und Management

Qualifikation

Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z. B. Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik,
Materialwissenschaften, Optik oder vergleichbar).

Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung sowie Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Teams und Projekten.

Fundierte technische Kenntnisse, idealerweise in den Bereichen Elektrotechnik, Optik oder verwandten Industrien.

Erfahrung im technischen Vertrieb.

Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Prozesse und technische Zusammenhänge.

Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten.

Strukturierte, selbstständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise.

Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise SAP.
