Aufgaben

• Operative Begleitung bei baulichen Maßnahmen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung bei technischen Projekten
• Organisation, Koordination und Überwachung von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten im gesamten Hotel
• Einholung und Vergleich von Angeboten externer Firmen sowie Erstellung eines Angebotsspiegels
• Unterstützung und Begleitung bei Baustellenbegehungen sowie laufenden Um- und Neubauprojekten (u. a. neuer Wellnessbereich)
• Ansprechpartner für TÜV- und Sicherheitsprüfungen (z. B. Aufzüge, Brandschutz, Elektro)

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder (Fach-)Hochschulabschluss im technischen Bereich (z. B. Elektriker, Anlagenmechaniker, Mechatroniker) oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
• Technisches Verständnis, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
• Berufserfahrung ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss
• Lösungsorientiertes Denken
• Organisationstalent, Hands-on-Mentalität und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Umgang mit sicherheitsrelevanten Themen
