Aufgaben

    • Du verantwortest das Full-Cycle-Recruiting – vom Briefing bis zur Vertragsunterschrift
    • Du steuerst Prozesse, Kandidaten und Fachbereiche – professionell und mit Haltung
    • Du rekrutierst über Hierarchiegrenzen hinweg – vom Marketing-Profi bis zur Führungskraft
    • Du analysierst KPIs, interpretierst Ergebnisse und ziehst Schlüsse
    • Du kümmerst dich um die Candidate Experience – ehrlich, direkt, wertschätzend
    • Du arbeitest eng mit Dienstleistern zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass da kein Chaos entsteht

Qualifikation

    • 1–4 Jahre Erfahrung im Inhouse Recruiting – idealerweise in schnelllebigem Umfeld
    • Abgeschlossenes Studium ist nice, aber dein Drive zählt mehr
    • Du bist kommunikativ, strukturiert – und lässt dich nicht vom ersten Nein aus der Ruhe bringen
    • Du führst Interviews mit Klarheit – und argumentierst auf Augenhöhe
    • Deutsch mind. C1, Englisch solide (in Wort und Schrift)
