Applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience at the GS-14 level, or equivalent, which is in or related to the work of the position to be filled and has equipped applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such experience must include ALL of the following: Data analytics and applying a variety of data mining methods and statistical concepts; Developing and overseeing business intelligence processes and projects; Communicating technical information to stakeholders; Anticipating organizational needs/problems and providing advice and guidance to senior leadership. Serves as Program Manager (Director) in the Business Intelligence and Analytics Division (BIAD), Office of Information Technology (OIT).
